Well, it was just as much fun as I imagined! Last Thursday's class was a great bunch of ladies. I think everyone attending had a good time as well. Thanks to all who attended for allowing us to get to know you better.
When I teach culinary classes it feels like I'm flowing downstream, so natural, like I was meant to do this. Maybe it's what is referred to as your "gift". Whatever it is, I am thankful to have my family's support, whether it is fixing my equipment, taking those great photos, or keeping me on track when I'm jumping around four different recipes.
We are looking forward to our next class on April 26, "Wok & Roll". Stir-frying can be some of the healthiest and most creative meals. When I was in chef-training we had to make a meal out of random ingredients someone else chose. My dish was a stir-fry which we had to demonstrate to the class. I'm still creating those dishes, my favorite is finished with a soy-ginger sauce. Can't wait to make it for the next class.
