Ellie Has First Cooking Lesson

Yeah, our summer schedule is done, check it out!  We used all the suggestions guests entered on their class evaluations and I do believe it is the best line up of classes yet.  Classes resume on July 12th with another outdoor class (weather permitting).
Today I taught our Baby Ellie how to make scrambled eggs.  She is the youngest of our grandkids, 18 months.  I definetly saw an intense interest in the process.  She seemed very amazed at the coagulation of the protein strands in the pan.  Her skill eating with her fingers was much more advanced than her skill with the utensils.  A lot more lessons before this one can help to teach.
Despite several replantings the gardens are beautiful.  Paul has his tomato & pepper garden and the one with the picket fence is my vegetable & flower garden.  We have been sharing the seeds with the chipmonks.  They especially like the sunflower seeds.  I finally figured out to let them replant the seeds then once the seedlings have a good healthy start I replant them again.
