That was the name of a book I read probably a dozen times over the past twenty years. It helped me to find my life's work, or how I spend my precious time. I was reminded how life is like a river, when you are moving against the current life seems hard. Once you find your place it's more like flowing down a smooth stream.
Although traveling around and providing culinary classes is not always physically easy, it sure is fun. At last night's Dining With Diabetes Class a gentleman came to me and said "the pork tenderloin was perfect, it melted in my mouth"! One lady said she was able to get off a medication by changing her diet and exercise. Yeah! That's what it is all about!
