It's that time of year when I can be seen with more than one cookbook open with new recipes being tested. On occasion I come across a dish I would never prepare again. Generally, I can look at the ingredients and just about imagine what it will taste like. I used to know a friend in school that could taste a food and tell you every ingredient in it, now that is an art.
Cooking comes much, much easier than this computer stuff. Like just a moment ago, lost that darn cursor. It was enough to make me curse. I did manage to put my new class on this web site. Not sure if it looks as good as it does on my brochure my daughter, Maegan did last night. She'll probably redo what I just did.
The next challenge is to get the brochure sent to those many emails I have collected. We use a service called Mailchimp. I worked on that project until my eyes are crossing, then sent out a plea to my techy daughter, Heather. She'll probably have it done in 20 minutes and it will look great. Oh well, but she can't make focaccia bread. Go to bed.
